Stanley Franklin answers coffee questions every single day as the owner of Cornerstone Coffee & Co. — a beloved local coffee shop and roastery right here in our community. But when he looked around at the city's literacy challenges, he wanted to do something more than pour great coffee.

Motivated by his own children and the kids in his neighborhood, Stanley wrote Little Cappucino — a story rooted in what he knows and loves, designed to be easy enough for a new reader to sound out and sweet enough that parents won't mind reading it again and again.

His goal? To donate as many copies as possible to local schools that welcome community authors. Every book you buy helps make that happen.
